Shipping is free on the purchase of all Originalpaintings to be posted within Australia.
Prints and products will incur a shipping cost which will be dependant on the destination country.
For all purchases to be sent outside of Australia, please contact me so that I can source the best option for you, depending on how quickly you want your purchase and to where it's going.
Please note all postal services are experiencing a high volume of shipments and there may be delays. We will do our best to provide the most cost effective, efficient service for you.
Shipping times:
Delivery within Australia may take 3-10 days depending on current delays and destinations.
For International orders, we will work with you to find the most cost effective way for your artwork to reach you. This may include postal services, couriers and/or taking the canvas off the stretcher bars (for Originals) and rolled to be posted in a tube. (This will be more cost effective and you may want to then arrange for a local framer to re-stretch the artwork for you.)
Shipping times will vary depending on location, delivery method and current delays due to restrictions and increased parcel volumes.
International customs duties/ import fees
Some countries require import / customs duty or fees to be paid upon receipt of your goods. It is your responsibility as the buyer to pay for the applicable fees and taxes in your country.
Purchases may be eligible to be returned, replaced, exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase, if the item is damaged or defective.
If your item has been damaged during shipping or delivery, please include photos of the item at the point of receipt, before unwrapping so that we can evaluate where the issue occurred (for example from poor packaging or delivery provider mishandling).
Exchanges, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
Please ensure you check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with any issues.
Include a photo of the item showing the damage or issue, plus your proof of purchase or receipt.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a replacement, exchange or refund will not be accepted.
Once we have received your item and confirmed the damage or issue, we will let you know if the refund or exchange is approved.If approved you will be refunded on your original payment method, less postage costs.
