This was the second painting in my Uniquely You series, representing strength in vulnerability. It appeared in the Gully Arts Show (4-13 March 2022) at Tea Tree Gully Library, South Australia.

Artwork Statement
When I completed the 'Uniquely You' series, it was the time of the Scorpio Full Moon. The message at the time was to release ourselves from stale situations and encouraging us to embrace our worth. It was perfect timing and fit this collection really well as my intention as I started these was to portray each of us in this world as being in our truth, feeling safe to be who we truly are, our way, with our heart and soul.
'Uniquely You' embodies the strength of people who know and trust themselves; who know and respect their own boundaries with others and; who are bold and confident. They are not afraid to shine their light in this world!
